Keep your tanning bulbs replaced. Most tanning lamps are rated for 1000 hours. This means that you will get 600-800 hours out of them. Never use or allow anyone to use outdoor tanning lotion, oils, or anything else in your tanning bed unless it is marked as indoor tanning lotion. It is best to use an indoor tanning lotion every time that you tan. Even if it is just a cheap indoor tanning lotion.
